Mott MacDonald seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Principal Project Manager/Account Leader with at least 15 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects to join our Lakewood, CO office. In this role, you will serve as the Principal Account Leader on large, complex projects and lead the technical development of proposals.
The position offers excellent potential for professional growth and the opportunity to collaborate not only with water resources personnel, but with our many practices including dams, geotechnical, energy, and transportation. The qualified candidate must have strong leadership and program management experience and direct business development experience during their career, with the ability to generate project leads, build client relationships, and win work.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or similar)Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Colorado15+ years total experience in planning, design, and construction management of water, and wastewater infrastructure projects for major utility clientsExperience with Denver Water is preferred, but not requiredStrong technical skills and technical leadership experience, preferably including water or wastewater treatment plants5+ years experience in managing multi-discipline project teams5+ years experience in managing proposals for engineering projectsExperience in managing and growing client relationships.
