Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered.

This position will report directly to the Director, Chief of Staff who supports the SVP for Mass Markets Product Management. This position will have high exposure and work closely with senior leaders in the product organization as well as the greater Mass Markets Product Management organization. This position will be responsible for leading and managing programs and projects related to transformation, business management, communications, engagement, planning, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for the materials, agenda, and coordination for the following monthly executive meetings: SVP rumble, EVP and SVP profitability sync, SVP security councilResponsible for the materials, agenda, and coordination for ad-hoc meetings such as Board of Director meetings, June off-site, and town hallsEmployee engagement and chief of staff responsibilitiesConducts end to end program management of one or more programs containing multiple small to mid-scale projects, that are cross functional and/or strategic in natureMay also manage one or more programs which includes identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, and other related work to achieve strategic business objectivesDefine, design and implement processes into the organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaborationCreation and management of internal policies/standards/processes, process improvement and transformation, and tool deploymentResponsible for managing, creating and administering business reports; including tracking and consolidating relevant information pertaining to business plan and monitoring performance resultsServe as lead for audit and compliance review and management, process and quality reviews and audits, and business continuityPlanning including infrastructure program coordination, roadmap management, strategic and tactical planningResource Management including Front Door, workflow and work entry management, project estimations, program coordination, roadmap management and small scale strategic and tactical planningCommunication including creation of leadership presentation material, event planning, and oversight of corporate wide projects such as training, CP12, United Way, P2R, etc.;May work across multiple internal and/or external organizations.

Qualifications

Must have a thorough knowledge of the organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background in order to fully support the organization.Working knowledge of broadband, and product development & managementPowerPoint, project management, strong analytics, communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing work environment where continuous innovation is desiredAbility to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across business unitsExperience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical teamsAttention to detail – ability to work with a large amount of content and ability to consolidate, distill and simplify to drive clarityExperience communicating with senior management (Director/VP-level decision-makers) and comfort in constant follow up with senior/officer level - required deliverable turnaround can be very short, flexibility is required to meet deadlinesStrong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects"

Our Principal Project/Program Mgmt earn between $130,700 - $196,100 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
