Principal Salesforce Consultant
The Principal CRM & Loyalty Consultant works on client projects that involve primarily CRM & Loyalty Platforms and systems integrations. He/she is knowledgeable about the technologies in the portfolio and can lead projects in the domain. The Principal CRM & Loyalty Consultant is a company-wide recognized specialist in at least one strategically important topic and stays up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client's business. He/she can analyze, define and design CRM & Loyalty business processes related the business requirements or project’s vision. He/she can also set up and configure the CRM solution to fit the customer business requirements. This includes planning, scoping and creating user stories for the integration of their dependent systems, including but not limited to ERP systems, CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) and accounting integrations. You’re resilient, able to cope with stress, focused on the objectives and persistent. You proactively manage the services and engagements you are responsible of aligned with internal and client project management tools and procedures.
