Job Summary:
The Principal Solution Architect is a seasoned leader accountable for driving the overall strategy and execution of business development initiatives. They oversee a team of solution architects and analysts, guiding them in identifying, shaping, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of competitive intelligence, business requirements, and solution options, coupled with extensive experience in driving successful engagements across diverse industries and technology services. The Principal Solution Architect collaborates closely with executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion. They provide mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction to the solution architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Leads the strategic development of comprehensive solutions, leveraging extensive expertise in the technology ecosystem and WWT's internal capabilities to drive business growth and market differentiation
Drives the pursuit of strategic business opportunities, aligning internal teams and ultimately contributing to revenue and profit growth for WWT
Serves as a visionary client engagement leader, deeply understanding needs and addressing them through innovative solutions and transformative recommendations
Builds strong internal WWT relationships across sales and services group, driving alignment and synergy in client engagement efforts
Fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration in solution development, empowering teams to innovate and deliver transformative solutions that drive client success
Up to 25% of domestic and international travel
