Boeing Corporate's Ethics and Business Conduct organisation is seeking an experienced Principal Senior Corporate Investigator (CI) to conduct and oversee high-profile Global Compliance investigations, including complex ethics and business conduct cases, misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and fraud, ensuring quality review and effective case management at a senior corporate level. The candidate must have prior corporate experience to be effective in this position.

This Corporate Investigator role, and the Law and Global Compliance organisation, are both instrumental in the overall success of the Company by driving an open and accountable business culture.
The role is based in Brisbane and reports to the Senior Manager – Corporate Investigations based in Canada. Domestic relocation may be considered for the right candidate. Due to the global nature of the team, there will be the need to facilitate calls and meetings outside traditional business hours, but with that comes great flexibility. The position does require some travel, both domestically and internationally on occasion when the business need arises.
Position Responsibilities:
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but not essential. We will consider combination of professional experience and other education.Holds Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and/or Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC) certification, or other relevant certification in workplace investigations is preferred.Experience Required
Over 12 years of experience conducting complex investigations and managing investigative process to include collecting data and facts, conducting interviews, preparing precise and accurate investigative reports and analyzing data to identify trends and/or discrepancies.Over 12 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Experience in internal affairs roles within corporate or public sectors, performing comprehensive internal corporate-investigations.12+ years conducting formal employee-related and corporate investigations, including interviews and data analysis is an advantageConducted global investigations outside the United States, utilising forensic investigative tools and software.Led the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives, serving as a subject-matter expert and external spokesperson for organisations is an advantage.Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements with ability to obtain NV2 clearance.
