Northrop Grumman is looking for a User Applications Liaison to provide SAP level 2 Timekeeping & Labor (TK&L) support to one of our Northrop Grumman Sectors.
This position is not location specific and can be performed virtually.

The Candidate can be hired as a Principal (3) or Sr. Principal Level (4) Liaison, depending upon the candidate's education and experience:
Principal Level (3) Minimum Requirements
At least 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors’ degree; OR 3 years of relevant experience with a Masters' degree; OR 8 years of experience with an Associates degree; in lieu of a degree 10 years of experience can be acceptedSr. Principal Level (4) Minimum Requirements:
At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree; OR 8 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree OR 12 years of experience with an Associates degree; in lieu of a degree 14 years of experience can be accepted
Basic Qualifications for Both Levels:

Subject matter expert in timekeeping, labor processing and/or cost/labor accounting structure and practicesExperience with SAP Labor, Timekeeping, and/or Project Systems usage at Northrop Grumman and within a sectorBachelors or Masters Degree in IT, Accounting or Business Experience in Implementing S/4 HANAExperience using RedwoodFull life cycle SAP project implementationExperience working virtuallySalary Range: $88,600.00 - $133,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
