Axway, Inc. seeks Principal Services Architect I (Scottsdale, AZ)
Job Description: Collaborate on effective delivery of quality computer and network software services to Axway’s Enterprise Cloud customers and partners. Responsible for day-to day operations of the application solution, in partnership with other technical resources throughout Axway, to ensure all SLAs and client expectations are met or exceeded. Work on day-to-day technical operational activities such as implementing changes, resolving incidents submitted by clients, managing configurations, and administering applications for assigned customer projects. AWS networking, troubleshooting and analysis. Work with the Customer Success Managers, Sales, and PMO’s to ensure the deliverables timelines and quality are met. Install & Upgrade products and solutions to ensure improved functionality while addressing existing issues, such as bugs and security vulnerabilities. Assess client expectations and collect new requirements as part and provide Solution Design using Axway B2B and EDI products. Work on the lifecycle of all requests and incidents that arise, driving for root cause of problems to prevent incidents from recurring. Conduct all technical activities as defined in Axway Managed Cloud Description policies and procedures.
Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Scottsdale, AZ.
Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 3 years of related experience, which must include some experience in the following: B2B and Serialization products used in Healthcare and Supply Chain; Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms; Protocols AS2, FTP/S (Explicit and Implicit), SFTP, OFTP, HTTP/s, FTP/s, Pesit, Rosetta-Net, and SMTP/POP-3; API, MFT, CSOS, and Track & Trace (Serialization) products MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle database; Cluster and disaster recovery management; and Web application deployed in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
