We’re searching for a Macedonia based Principal Software Developer to join our Global R&D team , so that we can continue delivering high-quality software development and drive technical leadership within our multi-disciplinary Agile squads. The Principal Software Developer will play a critical role in providing technical guidance, leading design and review processes, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions to support RLDatix’s Human Capital Management stack. How You’ll Spend Your Time + Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize functional changes for high-quality deliverables. + Producing clean, efficient, and high-quality code adhering to relevant patterns and standards. + Driving design and review processes, ensuring the best technical decisions are made within the squad and across multiple teams. + Performing thorough verification and validation to ensure product backlog items are completed with quality before handover. + Troubleshooting and debugging code, resolving production issues to maintain smooth operations. + Establishing and maintaining standards for non-functional outcomes, including scale, security, deployment, and operability. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having + Solid experience as a Senior Software Developer or in a similar role within an Agile environment. + A degree in Computer Science or a related field. + In-depth experience with C#, .NET framework, .NET MVC, SQL, JavaScript, Angular, React and AWS technologies. + Proven success in collaborating within a multi-disciplinary Agile Squad. + Strong spoken and written English skills , able to communicate technical details effectively across teams.
