Description

In this role, the Principal Software Developer will assume ownership of specific embedded systems software modules, overseeing their development, quality, testing and functionality. The role will be 50% architecture, and 50% writing code/review code, etc.

•\tCollaborate with experienced engineers in the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of embedded software applications

•\tDevelop, test and maintain embedded software modules using programming languages like C++

•\tAssist in the architecture, design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring seamless communication between software components.

•\tContribute to the development of software tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

•\tParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and adherence to coding standards.

•\tCollaborate with the team to lead and develop the industry leading embedded SW test methodologies

Modern C++ (17/20 preferred, open to 11/14)

Experience leading a team (3+ people)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tExperience in software development and testing, focusing on embedded systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $85.00/hr.
