The M365 OIC team is to develop world class incident handling solutions for M365 services leveraging AI technics. The goal for the team is to minimize incident impact on M365 customers. The whole solution includes generating telemetry, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, auto recovery etc.
As a team member of the M365 OIC team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with measurable product level impact and aligning priorities with key stakeholders. Also, you will lead the design and landing of features that are critical to M365 core business success. You will play a critical role in driving the improvement availability and reliability of M365.
