Description
Proficient in Java and other server-side programming languages, such as Python or Node.js.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and designing modular systems.
Implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, JWT, SSO and role-based access control.
Handling asynchronous operations and background processing using technologies like message queues (RabbitMQ).
Deep understanding of caching mechanisms and strategies for improving application performance.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
knowledge of database management systems, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL databases.
Advanced skills in query optimization and experience handling large datasets.
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs that are scalable and maintainable.
Proficiency in version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and collaborative development workflows.
Implementing secure coding practices to prevent common security vulnerabilities.
Involvement in performance testing and profiling to optimize system performance under high load.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration and efficient communication between layers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical requirements for developers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end components.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent security vulnerabilities.
Work closely with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and scaling of the application.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Qualification:
8+ years of experience in Web Application Development
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering
Good knowledge of design techniques
Good experience in SQL
Proven experience in delivering high-quality code on schedule and meeting sprint milestones.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality and reliability of the back-end systems.
Good at problem solving with excellent documentation and communication skills
Process-oriented with high attention to detail
Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
