Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements Maintain knowledge of current and emerging Salesforce.com products related to architectural solutions Communicate solution options to program manager, business owners/stakeholders and internal configuration team Provide constructive input on the architectural solutions of other members of the configuration team with an emphasis on sustainability, scalability and usability Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). You will be working on strategic programs with responsibility for providing sustainable solutions across the growth organization. The emphasis will be on declarative over custom code solutions
Required Qualifications:
Salesforce.com certifications in relevant disciplines such as development and platform app builder 5+ years of experience within standard functions/modules of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) 5+ years of building solutions using Salesforce.com declarative tools including (not limited to) process builder, visual workflow and workflow rules 3+ years of experience in large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion (ex. Implementation of CPQ or other managed package) Experience leading larger complex solution projects (ex. Building net new functionality over the course of multiple sprints and releases) Experience configuring within the Salesforce Lightning UI Agile development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Salesforce CPQ Health care industry experience
