As a Senior Software Engineer in the NetSuite AI team, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge generative AI agents. These intelligent systems will generate insights, automate decision-making processes, and enhance the user experience for customers across industries. You will design and implement production-ready, scalable, and efficient AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business challenges. Your expertise in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and generative AI technologies will be key as you help build intelligent agents that transform data into actionable insights. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment, ensuring that AI systems are reliable, performant, and drive tangible business value.

 

Proficiency or experience in applying AI and ML to solve business or operational challenges  Over 3 years of hands-on generative AI Agent engineering experience Extensive experience in python, langchain, langflow, haystack or similar technologies.  Proficiency in NOSQL databases and large data analytics. Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying technical and non-technical information effectively
