The Identity division in the Microsoft Security organization delivers world-class authentication services for the Microsoft cloud. Entra ID (Azure AD) is the identity platform for Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365. By using Azure Active Directory, organizations are empowered to offer their employees, partners and customers access to applications, data and resources in a secure and controlled manner. The Authentication Core team within Identity division is looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager who can solve large scale problems in the infrastructure authentication service space. This service provides service-to-service authentication for first-party cloud services and is a foundational component of the Microsoft Cloud. We are looking for a leader for one of the STS teams (Security Token Service) to deliver the next wave of improvements in scale, performance, and capability in this area.
