As a Senior Solution Engineer at Infobip, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional customer experiences by delivering tailored solutions and nurturing innovation. You will engage in complex projects for high-profile customers, leveraging your extensive expertise in solution proposals, design, delivery, and integrations. You will collaborate with HQ and regional teams, acting as a technical opportunity lead with end-to-end ownership of opportunities. Additionally, you will mentor team members and serve as the "go-to" technical expert in the region.

Customer Engagement and Solution Design:
Solution Implementation:
Deliver comprehensive and precise technical documentation.Configure and customize complex Infobip solutions to meet customer requirements.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, exceeding customer expectations.Conduct consulting and solution enablement sessions for customers, documenting meeting minutes and summaries.Create conversational workflows and strategies for Infobip products like Answers.Internal Initiatives and Continuous Development:
Document solutions and best practices, sharing them within the department through active participation in the Community of Practice.Provide feedback on market feature requirements to steer product development.Mentor junior team members and newcomers.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Infobip's products and solutions, staying updated on changes and upgrades.Qualifications:
