Position Overview:
The Principal Solutions Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, delivering compelling software demonstrations, and managing RFP processes. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes and software, coupled with strong presentation and client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Engage in technical and strategic discussions to address client objectives and requirements. Manage the RFP process, collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate, impactful responses. Partner closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities and provide expert-level product knowledge. Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build client relationships.
