Raytheon is seeking a seasoned professional contributor to fill the role of Program Integration Lead. Our Product Support Program Management Office provides product support expertise and day to day support to Raytheon, U.S. Government (USG) clients as well as various international and domestic programs. In this role you will lead the management and coordination of the operational aspects and all required logistics support for conferences, trade shows and similar meetings. This PM role is responsible for leading small projects or processes and has advanced knowledge of the work area. This role includes managing program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance. This role interfaces with stakeholders and customers for project specifications to ensure successful completion. The position also coordinates the proposals, business plans, and budgets for programs. This individual will be expected to review and analyze the program financials and provide recommendations to the senior program managers on forecasting, manpower, and Estimates at Complete (EACs). This role will be required to provide guidance to lower-level personnel. The Program Integrator should be able to work autonomously with limited oversight.
What You Will Do:
Monitor all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable performance, with assistance from Senior PM.Budget and assigned task management. Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experiencePrior Program/Project management experiencePrior EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) experienceActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer:
Raytheon Program Manager Level 6 Certification or higher or ability to obtain within 6 months of hireRaytheon Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certificationExperience with proposal management, financial planning and execution, EVMS, Estimate at Completes (EACs), R&O Management.Experience reviewing program artifacts to include resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs)Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with an Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) support environment.Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with excellent business communication and presentation skillsAbility to work cooperatively across multiple levels of the organization from program leadership teams to functional expertsWhat We Offer:

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
