Role Summary
Responsibilities include day to day management of closed area construction projects working closely with Raytheon Facility Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders as well as government agencies. Ensuring classified area construction is compliant with applicable standards.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting assessments of existing space to determine security vulnerabilities, assisting in the building design to ensure compliance, and providing other site security management responsibility. This position may also be responsible for supporting the Protected Distribution System program. This position is also responsible for creating physical assessment documents, compliance documents, photographic records of construction progress and final accreditation packages. This position may also be responsible for supporting the Protected Distribution System program.

What You Will Do:
Attend construction project meetings as the Physical Security representativeReview building plans for compliance to applicable security standardsProvide feedback to project managersApprove security components of building designsResearch best practices related to applicable security standardsInspect existing spaces for compliance to applicable security standardsDevelop written assessment of spacesMonitor active construction sites to ensure security requirements are adhered toDirect/Redirect construction activities related to security requirementsSupport Protected Distribution Systems (PDS)Develop photographic record of construction activityDevelop written documentation for final accreditation processCommunicate with multiple internal and external stakeholdersAbility to participate in limited domestic travelAdditional duties may be assigned at manager’s discretionQualifications You Must Have:
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of related experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point) and other web-based computer programsKnowledge and experience working with ICD/ICS 705 processes and construction standardsKnowledge and experience working with NISPOM/32 CFR processes and construction standardsKnowledge and experience working with TEMPEST processes and construction standardsKnowledge and experience working with and reading construction documentsKnowledge of building construction materials, standards, and practicesAbility to obtain a Site Security Manager (SSM) CertificationAbility to lift 40 poundsAbility to climb ladders or work from elevated liftsQualifications We Prefer:

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
