OnsiteThe finance team, in the ASDS business unit has an immediate opening for a program controls / offset analyst. The analyst will be an integral team member in helping to manage the $400M Offset Obligation and get exposure across different functions and leadership teams. As the lead analyst, the expectation is that this person has strong organizational skills and will manage the following tasks: weekly reporting, monthly/yearly forecasting, quarterly EAC reviews and reporting internal (EACs, Rplan/Financial Planning) and Earned Value implementation (BCRs, monthly LREs).
The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced team environment, work across multiple organizations and levels of leadership, while meeting weekly/monthly/quarterly deadlines. This candidate will be focused on managing the PPU (Prime Power Unit) offset project with EAC value over $120M, the ERC (Enhanced Repair Capability) offset project with EAC value over $70M, and help report and develop new potential offset projects. This analyst will help lead proposal and baselining efforts following the development of new potential projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role with tremendous opportunity for growth and exposure, as RTX and KSA work together to collaborate on our existing offset projects and identify new future offset projects.
What You Will Do
Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at CompleteDevelop accurate forecasts in support of monthly forecasts / AOP / 5YP processesLead proposal / baselining efforts as new offset projects are identified and executedAbility to fulfill quick turn ad hoc requests related to constantly evolving Localization needsProvide thorough cost and schedule analysis Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as requiredSupport Business Manager with quarterly EAC process and monthly FP&A activitiesDevelop strong relationship with Localization PMQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years professional Finance/Accounting work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years professional Finance/Accounting work experienceTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or relatedExperience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) ProcessExperience with SAP APEX EV, Rplan, BW, PMX, EDIT+ ; or experience with a similar toolQualifications We Prefer

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
