Role Description:

As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will lead complex projects and provide advanced expertise in structural design & analysis. This is a chance to work closely within an existing team as well as develop your own technical design group using our clients' existing structural staff.

We are looking for an engineer who can rise to technical design challenges and wants to help drive a close nit, collaborative, friendly team forward in technically demanding areas within Structural Engineering

This role will see you be responsible for:

Leading the structural engineering outcomes in conceptual design, front end engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and operations whilst ensuring regulatory compliance Management of design projects including scope definition, financial management, project scheduling, quality, and risk management Active role in the development and maintenance of positive client relationships and ongoing business development Developing innovative solutions through the application of engineering knowledge and judgement, including, concrete supports, structures, skid design and structural design principles Responsible for leadership and development of junior team members

You are a Senior Structural Engineer ideally with Chartership status or working towards Chartership You have experience in the delivery of structural engineering services within the Australian Mining, infrastructure and resources sector You have strong analytical and technical report writing skills Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. You excel at multitasking and enjoy working on a variety of projects
