About the Role

 

Leads and leadership the preparation of documents for the Board about programs of Assets, and also contributes great strategic agility in gathering key inputs from programs.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Provide relevant information to the Portfolio for the elaboration of different possible scenarios. Prepare and provide leadership of the documentation for the information o approval of the various memorandums that need to be prepared for Board. Coordinate information and work sessions with the different pillars to raise alerts and/or risks associated to eventual modifications in the projects and that eventually modify the demand regarding construction services and operation enablers. Provide key information to the Portfolio and its potential impacts with respect to the different enablers. Participation in the growth strategy of the different Assets, providing key inputs for its development. Ensure and support compliance with the identification and management of the different risks of the Portfolio. Active participation in the compliance of the different decision points within Portfolio. Ensure compliance with the planning associated with the Main KPI “Compliance of key phase drivers”. Perform the regular reporting processes and ensure that routines are rigidly adhered in order to planned. Lead, update and manage the supply and demand survey of the different enablers necessary for the construction and operation of the studies in the Portfolio.

 

About You

 

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines. Experience in the preparation of key documents for Board A sound understanding of key business and mining industry performance drivers. Strategic and analytical thinker that demonstrates business acumen, with the ability to focus and prioritise critical deliverables to provide timely insights to stakeholders. Ability to constructively challenge ideas and build trusted relationships Effective problem solver and influencer, able to clearly communicate risks, and portfolio interdependencies. Strategic and analytical thinker that demonstrates acumen, with the ability to focus and prioritize critical deliverables to provide timely insights to stakeholders.
