Principal System Administrator

Key Tasks:
Candidate will be responsible for providing Linux System Administration support for the program. Along with meeting the System Administrator III LCAT requirements, the ideal candidate for this position must have experience in Linux (Red Hat), Saison, and Ansible.
Proficient in the installation, operation and troubleshooting of Data Communications Equipment, 3270 devices and circuits, including Network hardware and software. Maintain the continuity of point to point analog, digital, LANs; tie line circuits, point to point protocol slip links, routers, utilizing TCP/IP and network management skills in Multi-Platform Unix/Windows Server 2003, NT, XP, 2000 environments, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL5.4), Centos 7,8 Linux, VMWare Vcenter Server and Vsphere client, Sun Solaris 9, 10, Dragon Intrusion Detection, Oracle 10 RDBMS. Utilize performance and tuning skills to enhance system fault management. Assist the user community with data and telecommunications problems to maintain network integrity utilizing remote system management. Troubleshoot and resolve all related problems.
