Our digital receiver systems allow users to rapidly understand the signal environment. Systems are used for monitoring the RF spectrum, analyzing signals, and direction finding.

The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's of Science degree in System Engineering or related discipline and typically 14 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceDemonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices Technical leadership of small multi-disciplinary design and development teamsAdvanced understanding of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principlesExperience with lab test equipment to include signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzersAbility to generate and execute test procedures and document resultsThe ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

A subject matter expert on Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) and Electronic Support Measure (ESM) systems and the missions they supportExperience with airborne RF signal collection and processing systemsWorking knowledge of networking and Linux systemsExperience with requirements management and system modelling tools, such as DOORS, MATLAB, Python, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)Advanced knowledge of industry standard mechanical design principles.Background in the Aerospace and Defense IndustryAbility to establish and track key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM)Progressive experience leading baseline definition and maturation in a complex development setting, including the use of high impact trade studies and other measuresDriven, self-motivated, work in a team environmentAn active U.S Top Secret Security Clearance is preferred#Ll-hybrid
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $195,012.06 - $268,141.59. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
