As a Reliability and Maintainability Engineer, you will perform detailed analysis to establish reliability predictions, monitor equipment data for continuous validation of reliability predictions, and author reports summarizing your analysis. As a cross-functional engineer, you are in charge of system-level ownership of new products and processes through the product life cycle. This includes overseeing the Reliability & Maintainability effort for a program, being the subject matter expert for Reliability & Maintainability engineering design, and direct interaction and engagement with the customer. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
