Key job responsibilities
- Identify, create, and execute on mechanisms to improve roadmap prioritization, transparency, efficiency, communication, collaboration, and customer satisfaction for 6+ software teams and product and science partners
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints across Director and VP level organizations
- Drive communication with Director and VP level stakeholders and leaders
- Create a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to find new and better ways to identify and solve problems.
- Build consensus and define architectural strategies across Director and VP level organizations
- Coach and mentor other TPMs to foster a supportive culture of collaboration and delivery to high standards
- Get support and mentorship from principal and senior leadership
