With offices across the US, Europe and in Singapore , we employ over 1500 staff. This is a new opportunity for an experienced technical consultant to join our growing team. The role can be based from our London, New York or Charlotte offices.
What you will do :Lead the technical delivery of Intapp solutions built upon Intapp’s market-leading products (such as Intapp Open, Intapp Time, Intapp Walls)Support project Functional Lead in the implementation of the customer's design.Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the customer.Lead clients to utilize industry leading practicesProvide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendationsLead or assist in the review of requirements and business processes to design new business processes to deliver the solutionSupport other Intapp operations such as Support, Customer Success, Product, and more.Conduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solutionCreate and maintain centralized implementation and training support collateral for use throughout implementation teams.Work closely with project team members such as the Engagement Manager, the Principal Consultant and other Solution Engineers to deliver the solutionWork closely with the product team to improve the productWork with the professional services team to improve processWork with sales to provide assistance in delivering new solutions to new clientsWhat we're looking for:10+ years' experience in a technical implementation leadership role within the Professional Services in a SaaS organizationTeam player with the ability to coordinate work with all team membersOrganized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competing projectsEmotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtful communicator possessing exceptional written and verbal skillsStrong communicator, personable and collaborativeDemonstrate maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environmentsComfortable working independentlyObjective and goal-oriented professional who is used to achieving targetsDemonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews and change management with clientsBachelor’s degree in a technical field, or strong related equivalent experienceWeb services (SOAP & REST); SQLBoomi platform integration servicesAn understanding of development methodologiesExcellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)Proven ability to learn and a strong desire to learnStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical userswhat you will need:Experience in the legal sector, in particular experience with industry-standard legal software systemsExperience with systems integrations, business process integrations, and automation, and master data managementExperience with writing and maintaining Boomi integrationsFamiliarity with new business intake and conflicts solutions, time entry and capture solutions and/or ethical wall and information barrier solutionsSoftware development knowledge with a strong understanding of logic, patterns and algorithmsOther enterprise software systems (ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR, etc.)Cloud and SAAS experienceIssue tracking system (e.g. JIRA)What you'll gain at Intapp:Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
