What You’ll get to Do

Responsibilities

Prepare Monthly Task Status Reports for Government Customer (MTSR) for multiple Task OrdersPrepare Service Measures Reports for Government Customer (knowledge of JIRA, SolarWinds)Prepare and Maintain monthly automated vROps (VMware Area Operations) Data and reportsUpdate documents on production system, knowledge of Confluence requiredPrepare slide shows as required for both NG Management and Government CustomerReview, Edit and Revise documents provided by EngineersConduct quality review of materialsPerform the function of Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist for all Task Orders in TampaManage content on the production system within ConfluenceManage content maintained on SharePoint for local managementAssist the Task Order Manager and Site Leads with the development of new knowledge management process, support diagnosis of current issues, and will redesign, reconstruct and monitor processes to ensure effectiveness

Basic Qualifications  

Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of relevant experience is required. Note: Years of experience must pertain directly to writing and editing technical documents.US CitizenshipActive Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.Must possess a current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to start date (example: Security+ CE)Knowledge of DoD industry practices (TO 00-5-1, Mil-STD-38784, MIL-STD-3048, Mil-STD-1808). Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.Experienced in querying engineers for clarity and compliance purposes and must be skilled in Microsoft Word, MS excel, and PowerPoint.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
