What you’ll own

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic technical program plans that align with organizational objectives and foster seamless collaboration. 

Ensure transparency and alignment by delivering clear, consistent progress updates to senior leadership, executives, project teams, and stakeholders, effectively communicating program goals, milestones, timelines, and performance metrics. 

Oversee end-to-end product delivery, including prioritization, mobilization of cross-functional teams, milestone tracking, resource planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, to drive successful business and customer outcomes. 

Scale processes and tools to accommodate growing teams and increasing project complexity, enhancing operational efficiency and delivery capabilities. 

Apply deep technical expertise to guide technical decisions, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as a trusted thought partner to Product and Engineering counterparts. 

Drive the optimization and standardization of product delivery processes, leveraging data-driven solutions to identify and resolve systemic inefficiencies. 

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.  

Support annual and strategic quarterly and resource planning to align priorities and optimize resource allocation.  

Initiate projects, coordinating with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute project and roll-out plans.  

Guide mission teams in organizing, prioritizing, and delivering work incrementally to ensure continuous value delivery.  

Maintain a strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) processes.  

Centralize and ensure the maintenance of all program-related documentation for easy accessibility.  

Monitor and report on KPIs in collaboration with Product and Engineering Managers, ensuring transparency and alignment on performance metrics.  

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure products are delivered on schedule and meet quality expectations.  

Engage deeply to understand the "why," "what," and "when" behind the product, aligning the team around the product vision and objectives.  

Proactively identify potential impediments early, work actively to resolve them, and escalate issues when necessary.  

Provide clear visibility and regular communication on delivery targets, commitments, and progress to all stakeholders.  

Prepare and present status reports for senior leadership, informing them of project progress and potential issues.   

What you bring
 

· 10 +years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area  

· Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.  

· Strong understanding of technical delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes  

· Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.00 - $218,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.  . This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
