Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the Digital Technology Leader of the Aeroderivative Engines Operation and actively participate in strategic conversations around business needs and opportunity, with a strong focus on prioritization and quantifiable impact.Own the relationship between the Aeroderivative Engines Operation and the GE Aerospace Digital Technology function, partnering with leaders in both organizations to ensure prioritized goals and associated business impact are achieved.Develop and execute a strategy for leveraging data to create actionable insights around key problem areas, including visualization tools for daily/weekly management and structured problem solving.Partner with leaders in the Digital Supply Chain organization to ensure alignment on shared objectives, influence product roadmaps, and avoid duplication of work.Drive technology selection decisions, ensuring alignment with broader GE Aerospace DT strategy and representing AEO needs to shared service teams.Apply DT Standard Work around prioritization, project charter reviews, change management, and other processes as defined.Manage partner relationships and oversee contingent workers who may be engaged to provide services on behalf of AEO.Own all budget and financial forecasting activities, ensuring strong controllership and accountability.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associate’s degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experienceMinimum 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management or ITNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experienceEligibility Requirement

Demonstrated ability to apply FLIGHT DECK or Lean fundamentals, especially structured problem solving and daily/visual management.Demonstrated ability to shape and prioritize competing demands and stop work when not aligned with the most critical organizational needs.Prior experience ERP systems and data, especially as it pertains to Sourcing, Assembly, and/or Finance.Strong, executive-level clear-thinking and oral/written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, partnership, and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex programs and anticipate/mitigate risk.Ability and willingness to work onsite in West Chester, OH at least 3 days per week.Note:
