As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you’ll need to be a pragmatic strategist that can translate business needs into workable technology solutions that scale both technologically and operationally. You will partner with business experts, scientists, and engineers by leveraging new trends in Information retrieval, low latency and high throughput distributed systems, deep learning inference systems, and fault-tolerant application hosting frameworks. Successful candidates will have an established track record of delivery of complex software systems, excellent project management skills, keen technical aptitude, solid communication skills, and be driven to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
1) Own successful delivery of large, high impact and highly cross-functional product initiatives while simultaneously and accurately tracking a set of smaller projects
2) Drive strategic cross-functional planning, leading discovery and prioritization by closely partnering with product managers and engineering leads to develop program plans that include roadmaps, dependency identifications, and resourcing plans
3) Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building resilient systems that power great customer experiences
