We do this by driving awareness and discovery of Amazon’s products and services. We meet customers at their preferred communication channel(s) with the most relevant content, at the right time and frequency.
Since we're a growing team, we're looking for someone who can deal with ambiguous and fast-moving environments; who has a history of technical leadership for projects at Amazon scale and complexity; who has delivered cross-org projects at worldwide scale. Great communication, and ability to clearly articulate and present your vision to senior leadership are key to his role.
This role is open to candidates in Seattle and NYC.
Key job responsibilities

- The role will be responsible for managing and delivering projects across 30+ VP-level orgs with visibility all the way up to the S-Team.
- You will work with a 100+ Product and Tech org on projects that modernize the current architecture, improve the resilience of Tier-1 services and enable partner teams to migrate to Outbound’s new vision for centralized communication management across both marketing and non-marketing messages across multiple communication channels (email, in-App push, SMS, WhatsApp).
- You will be responsible for communicating updates to senior leadership on the progress and challenges of these critical launches for Amazon, as well as own and drive technical mandates at the company level.
- You will be immersed in Amazon's technical stack, analytics and AI capabilities, and collaborate with talented software engineers, scientists, analysts, visual designers, and marketing specialists across the company.
