Principal Technical Program Manager, Sponsored Brands
At Amazon Advertising, we operate at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering diverse digital advertising solutions that help customers discover brands and find products they want to purchase. Within Amazon Advertising, we are the Sponsored Brands (SB) organization. Our vision is to transform Amazon into the best-in-class destination where shoppers can discover, engage with, and build affinity for brands, making their shopping experience both delightful and personal.

The Sponsored Brands team at Amazon is building the next generation of brand advertising products and platforms for advertisers. This role presents an opportunity to join us at the ground floor of this transformation, which is becoming a core part of Amazon's overall business strategy. You'll have opportunities to deliver at the highest technical level, working with high transactional loads, big data, modeling, and cross-stack product and UX design, all directly connected to a marketplace of supply and demand. In this highly competitive industry, which attracts significant research and engineering investments, you'll collaborate across multiple stakeholders. The work developed in the team will become part of the "secret sauce" and core business playbook at the company level.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial TPM who has experience managing large-scale global products, with a proven track record in developing visions, defining strategies, and building programs and features from the ground up. You should have experience creating product visions and roadmaps, along with a demonstrated ability to develop strategic visions based on rigorous analytics. Beyond defining, developing, and driving the roadmap and three-year plan for brand-focused commerce products, you will be responsible for leading new product ideation and development that impacts millions of creators and viewers daily. You will manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional technology initiatives, balancing both tactical and strategic work while unblocking teams, increasing delivery speed, and negotiating resources and priorities.
