About the Job

 

A Program Manager plays a critical role in aligning priorities from various service teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving end-to-end execution of complex projects. You will be expected to participate and/or lead the following activities: 

Project Integration – You will develop, lead, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously against ambitious schedules.  Scope Management – As a Program Manager, you will take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces. You will drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities daily. Quality – You will identify process gaps and drive closure to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. Communication – As a Program Manager, you will develop and own plans to communicate program status, issues and risks effectively and proactively from design to launch to stakeholders and senior and executive management. Risk Management – You will handle cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly. You will anticipate and identify risk and work with other stakeholders to brainstorm, select and execute mitigation options.  Collaboration – You will collaborate with management and department leaders, performing an array of business operations functions from handling project results, generating communications and presentations, and planning and coordinating meetings while driving cross-team and cross-functional activities.
