Required Skills:

Cloud Architect IT Engineer with DevOps expertise to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions that are robust, scalable, and secure.  Must have a strong background in cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and a deep understanding of cloud services, tools, and technologies. Cloud Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures for various applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into cloud solutions. Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services and tools to meet project needs. Configure and manage virtual networks, subnets, load balancers, and VPNs across multiple cloud platforms. Ensure high availability and redundancy of network components. Design and deploy cloud-based storage solutions, including object storage, block storage, and file storage. Implement data backup, archiving, and disaster recovery strategies. Optimize storage performance, cost, and scalability according to application requirements. Architect and manage cloud compute resources, including virtual machines, containers, and serverless functions. Implement auto-scaling and load-balancing strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization. Monitor and optimize compute performance for high-demand applications. DevOps Implementation: Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud environments through monitoring and automation. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Cloud Management and Optimization: Monitor cloud environments for security, performance, and cost optimization. Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance. Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost management. Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams for cloud-based solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes. Lead and participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Build Architecture Visio diagrams of cloud environments.  Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes through automation and innovation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures, processes, and best practices. Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on cloud and DevOps practices.

Must Have:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or related fields. Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud (OCI) or Google Cloud. Expert in compute and storage, Networking solutions in cloud space. Expertise in Cloud networking, DNS & Networking, TCP/UDP, IP Routing. Proficient in DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible, Python Experience with CI/CD pipelines, auto-scale, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Knowledge of networking, security, and database management in cloud environments. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Willing to work 24/7 environment. Must be flexible to work on weekends and after business hours, if required. Willing to work extended hours for supporting projects and troubleshooting issues Must have the strong communication skills to deal directly with business and development teams. Must have strong technical skills to manage and take ownership of technical projects without any assistance. Provide guidance/training and mentorship to engineers in your and other teams. Expert in Troubleshooting any kind of issue and problem solving skills Shell scripting and work automation/troubleshooting Must be proactive and self-motivated, and not wait for direction.
