**Job Overview:** The Principal Tech Support Specialist directly impacts the effectiveness of their team and related team. They exchange ideas and information relating to Technical Support effectively. The Principal Tech Support Specialist may work autonomously within established Technical Support procedures and practices. They act as a lead, coordinating the work of others. The Principal Tech Support Specialist proposes improvements to processes and methods within the Technical Support discipline. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Work with ERP Program pillar leads to understanding data conversion needs + Participate in data conversion strategy + Work with functional/technical teams to finalize data mappings + Own end-to-end data conversions – Extract, Map, Cleanse, Enrich, Load, Reconcile + Provide weekly status reports + Run multiple mock data conversions and test the converted data + Resolve data conversion issues **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field or equivalent work experience + ITIL Certification nice to have + 3+ years of work experience; work experience can be waived with higher than minimum Degree requirement met + Experience in ERP data conversions + Experience in HR Systems \#LI-MW2 \#dice Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
