Our department, responsible for the development and support services for the principal DHL website, www.dhl.com, is expanding. We're on a mission to enhance our platform's functionality while upholding the highest quality standards – this is the reason for establishing a centralized QA Architects team for our platform built using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) product.

As a Principal Test Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the testing framework utilized across all of the development teams on the platform.  This role involves leading and mentoring a team of QA Architects and overseeing the QA Center of Excellence to drive best practices, innovative testing strategies, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision for QA and a proven track record of managing large-scale testing initiatives.

Identify and Implement Test Framework Improvements – be it leveraging new technologies, adapting new processes or optimizing existing ones, you will be driving all of those initiatives.Lead the Testing Effort – provide day to day leadership & guidance to fellow Test Managers and Test Engineers in the QA Architects and QA Center of Excellence teams.Ensure Test Automation Coverage – scale the framework and test suites according to the business needs of the growing platform.Tech StackZephyr and qTest for test strategy and planningSelenium/Cucumber, Bobcat and Galen for test automationBrowserstack for testing across various browsersJenkins for test process automationAdobe Experience Manager – knowledge is an advantageLine management experience for teams of 5 or more people is an advantage.
