Essential Functions:
Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors develop and/or administer training programs. May be responsible for the development of e-learning programs.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of Aerospace experience, Master's Degree with 4 years of Aerospace experienceExperience with hands on electrical assemblies and components in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment Experienced in/familiarity with training systems or programsKnowledge of compliance audit processes and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and strong verbal communication skillsMust be a customer-oriented team player, able to interact with staff members in a team environment productively Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance, as well as, Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. (US Citizenship Required)The ability to utilize a computer for basic functions (including navigating through windows operating system, getting online, executing online training modules and ability to be trained using on the job software)Preferred Qualifications:
Active DOD secret clearance with an investigation date/periodic review within the last 5 years Active Program AccessExperience in one or more Structures, Composites, Paint, and Hydraulics systemsExperience with MES Manufacturing Execution SystemsExperience with Quality or Quality Inspection Criteria and ProcessesExperience working with government customersIPC CertifiedSalary Range: $80,600.00 - $121,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
