Summary Must be very familiar with PLS-TOWER and cement foundations for transmission towers. Must be familiar with cellular attachments to transmission towers. Must be able to get PE in Virginia or have PR in Virginia Ensure that cell tower companies adhere to Dominion's engineering standards and processes. Ability to mentor Junior Engineers Reports to Transmissions Manager IND123US
