The Amazon Ads Shopper Experience team innovates and designs on behalf of our customers. We are relentlessly focused on improving how customers experience ads globally. We are seeking a Principal UX Designer to help lead, define, and enhance the end-to-end customer experience (CX). Amazon Ads UX team members collaborate with global product, marketing, branding, science, and technology teams to deliver compelling customer experiences across Amazon.


Key job responsibilities
- Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful and intuitive solutions that achieve measurable business goals
- Mentor designers and serve as a quality bar-raiser for the team
- Drive standardization of design systems and visual languages across organizations and verticals while educating team members
- Partner closely with product and business partners to develop shared visions and lead the process of designing experiences that deliver on shared objectives
- Partner with technology teams to leverage the scale offered by our platform while maintaining core experience principles
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership for review, feedback, and approval
- Evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of UX innovations
