Principal Workday Technical Analyst

**Job Description**
Focused on getting the most value from our investment in Workday, this role is responsible for the HR technology configuration work of major projects that support Human Resources functions. Act as strategic HR technology consultant leading the alignment of HR technology solutions with business strategies, and identifying enterprise value from leveraging Workday. Partner with functional groups to communicate and clarify HR’s business needs, develop long-range technology plans for HR and act as liaison with IT to implement the solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring strong technical Workday HCM skills and experience with integration, security, configuration and will help drive positive change across the organization as a Workday champion.
**What You'll Do**
+ Applications supported include Workday HCM focusing on Recruiting, Security Administration, business process workflow improvements, and General HR/complex projects, as assigned.
+ Act as HR Lead for any Workday implementations across the Enterprise.
+ Provide strategic consultative support to assigned customers in defining or designing business processes and researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements.
+ Enhance existing capabilities of HR system/business processes while also researching, testing and implementing new capabilities.
+ Maintain full knowledge of all phases of business-specific technology implementations.
+ Facilitate development of business solutions that combine knowledge of HR business processes and issues, general technological options, and process facilitation techniques.
+ Act as an information source concerning human resources technology needs for internal HR management and staff.
+ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for all HR implementations.
+ Act as a liaison to IT project managers concerning HR project requirements and issues.
+ Partner with the enterprise human resource functions concerning necessary changes to master data for payroll, recruitment, organizational management, training, and compensation.
+ Act as a lead/mentor to other team members to provide guidance and knowledge sharing of HR functional and technical expertise.
**What You’ll Give**
+ Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
+ 8+ years of experience in related field
+ In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
**Must Have:**
+ Can independently create and maintain Workday Integrations using the following technologies:
+ Workday Studio, Core Connector, EIB, Document Transform, Custom Report (RaaS), JSON, XML, XSLT, REST, SOAP
+ Can independently configure integration system security using the Workday security model.
+ Can develop in Workday Studio using advanced concepts such as Parallel Processing and XSLT 3.0 streaming.
+ Can troubleshoot Integration issues and errors.
+ Has strong understanding of Workday Frameworks such as HCM, Business Processes, Report Writing, and Calculated Fields.
+ Can troubleshoot Workday configuration issues.
+ Can independently gather requirements, recommend a solution to a problem or need; and design/build/test the solution to completion.

**Salary Range**
$105,600.00 - $191,800.00
