The Principal Workforce Strategy Consultant *Remote* is part of the People Strategy & Solutions Team, with accountability to lead and manage the development of long-term (5-10 year) strategies and plans that will inspire, develop, enable and transform the workforce. This position will be accountable for partnering with key stakeholders within and beyond HR to bring together data, insights and perspectives that shape the direction for specific systemic initiatives that will improve organizational outcomes, culture, structures, and affordability.
Job Duties:
Lead the development of specific strategies that will inspire, develop, enable and transform the workforce of the future, including the implementation of the 5-10 year strategic workforce plan and robust business cases for significant shifts in direction and/or investments that may be needed Engage with partners across the organization to gain commitment and alignment to translate strategies into roadmaps with actionable, tangible milestones Conduct research and study internal and external needs, trends and implications for short- and long- term business needs Create and present analysis and recommendations including ongoing insights into organization health and opportunities to improve organizational outcomes, culture, structures, and affordability Analyze existing workforce practices – internally and externally – to identify best-practices to scale, and early indicators of needs that could become widespread to enable the development of anticipatory solutions Design and develop tools and resources to accelerate organizational performance.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Required qualifications:
8 years Workforce strategy experience. 5 years Organizational Design experience. 5 years Demonstrated business management experiencePreferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Design, Industrial Psychology, Business, or other equivalent area of studySalary Range by Location:
