Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Responsible for all aspects of circuit design and verificationSelection and characterization of critical electrical componentsOversee PCBA layout activities.Support for production transfer activities.Work with reliability team, to agree qualification test strategy, test solution, test plan and spec.Hosting Design review, DFMEA and lesson learn, define product & product risk mitigation plan.As technical leader on Failure analysis, include qualification failure, test failure, quality issue and customer return.Define product test solution, test spec and test flow. Develop manufacture test strategy and test flow.Define product validation and verification plan.

Job Requirements:

Experience of circuit design with high-speed, low speed analog and digital components, microprocessors, and power suppliesExperience of bringing up PCBA and debuggingUnderstanding of the design and integration of lasers, modulators, detectors, and transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) within the module.Understanding of RF circuits and components. Have experience of high-power density design and PI optimization.Experience of PAM4 debug is preferred.Experience of the oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers (VNAs), bit error rate testers (BERTs), and other equipment are preferred.Experience with fiber optics and optical communications.Experience with program with FMEA.Experience with high-speed optics transceiver or coherent transponder and transceiver.Strong skill on Failure analysis, root cause study and improvement solutionTest experience for reliability and quality.Knowledge and experience on epoxy application in optic devicesKnowledge of process development, process control and DOE design.Knowledge with digital and analog hardwareGood skill on data analysis, summary, and technical report

Qualifications:

Bachelors and 12+ years of experience, Masters and 6+ years of experience. PhD and 5+ years of work experience.Prior design and test experience with hardware and optical componentsGood communications skills, written and verbal, in English and MandarinStrong leadership skills, strong people skillsGood willing to take reasonability.
