**Job Summary:**
onsemi is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a **Staff Operations Manager** . This role is critical in supporting business unit operations through strategic planning, capacity alignment, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in semiconductor supply chains, distribution models, and operational analytics, with a passion for driving efficiency and scalability across global teams.
**Performance Objectives**
**Strategic Business Planning**
+ Partner with business unit leaders to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with market trends and corporate objectives.
+ Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including scenario modeling and performance tracking.
**Capacity & Supply Chain Alignment**
+ Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure capacity plans meet business needs.
+ Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support customer demand and revenue goals.
**Inventory Strategy & Projection**
+ Develop and maintain inventory strategies that balance customer service levels, working capital, and supply chain efficiency.
+ Provide inventory projections based on demand signals, production plans, and market dynamics.
+ Monitor inventory health across product lines and recommend actions to optimize turns and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
**Operational Excellence**
+ Drive process improvements across planning, execution, and reporting functions.
+ Develop and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for optimization.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure alignment on business priorities and execution plans.
+ Support product lifecycle management, including new product introductions and transitions.
