Principle Program Manager, Flex Concession and ONR, Flex BOSS

As a Principal Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (BOSS) you will own strategy and initiatives around improving WW Flex Concessions and ONR across all businesses. To achieve your goals, you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including technology, operations, and marketing. These goals must also be balanced with the needs of the business and take key operational metrics such as cost and quality into consideration. Effective stakeholder management skills is needed in order to effectively balance these competing priorities and deliver effective solutions on behalf of our customers and DPs.


Key job responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the WW Flex Concessions improvement roadmap
• Review weekly and monthly performance of business and key KPI's
• Partner with analytics teams to build appropriate insights and reporting on the problem statement
• Identifying programmatic trends and influencing the strategic and technology teams program prioritization
• Using the above insights, develop strategies for operational adjustments
• Build working relationships with both corporate and field operations teams
• Partner and present to Directors, VPs, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization
