Principle Sales Representative - Dammam KSA
As the Principal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in achieving and exceeding sales, collection, and EBITDA targets. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in sales, market research, and client management to contribute to the organization’s success. 

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass regional monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets. Enhance the organization’s market position and drive financial growth through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Operations, QC, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless client experiences. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and banks. Identify business needs, areas of improvement, and objectives through market feedback. Contact potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and pitch products or services. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to drive business development. Research organizations to uncover new opportunities and enhance market intelligence. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Industrial Marketing. 5–6 years of relevant work experience, experience in the USA market preferred.  Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Negotiation, persuasion, and collaboration skills. Project management and strategic research capabilities. Business intelligence and analytical thinking. High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
