Sr Manager, Merchandising
The mission of Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is to enable vast global selection on Amazon's WW Stores through recruiting and supporting quality and compliant Sellers from anywhere around the world.
Today, CN Global Selling (CNGS) supports millions of China Sellers for their success on up to 17 Amazon worldwide marketplaces including US, CA, EU, JP, AU, IN etc.
You and your team will be responsible to support AGS success in merchandising domain through:
I. End to end merchandising operations:
-Work with business team closely to drive pre-event sourcing, event trouble-shooting and post event reviews, especially for T1 events.
-Optimize merchandising knowledge bank to provide accurate and timely information to AGS team/sellers. Organize trainings, mkt communications, wikis and office-hours to ensure effectiveness of knowledge sharing
-Enhance data foundation for merchandising domain, improve data quality and the depth of data insights
II. Product management:
-Explore optimization opportunities through engagement with business stakeholders and sellers.
-Influence global product team on product roadmap, feature design criteria, implementation etc. to drive constantly business growth via merchandising domain
-Ensure change management are properly handled to minimize impacts on business continuity and seller experience.
III. Business reviews and team management:
-Actively anticipate business reviews with stakeholders' team, identify opportunities in merchandising domain, team effectiveness and efficiency improvement and cross-team collaboration
-Identify core talents and develop team to improve productivity
-Be innovative and excel in execution.
