Our Protected Communications Systems (PCS) business, which delivers Resilient National, Strategic, and Tactical Communication Solutions and Integrated C3 Mission Capability Solutions to the US and Allied Nations, is seeking a skilled Senior Program Cost and Schedule Analyst for $20M+ Post-Production Support program.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic learning experience with complex contract and fee structures, customer engagement/negotiations, and externally reported earned value.  As a vital member of our fast-paced finance team, you will enhance your skills in tactical thinking and multitasking, all the while taking the initiative to drive impactful projects. 

What You Will Do​

Execute a variety of program and financial control actions, including supporting Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), External Reporting (IPMDAR), Monthly

Operation Reviews (MBRs), and contract-specific deliverables.

Utilize a comprehensive suite of program controls tools (Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for Office (A/O), SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted EVMS analysis that drives efficiencies and meets internal and external EVMS compliance standards.

Collaborate with key functional leaders in the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, as well as Leadership Team to support financial reviews and execution of a $20M+ Post-Production Support program.

Provide timely support for as hoc data reporting to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Qualifications You Must Have 

Minimum 5 years of related finance experience (understanding of bookings, sales, profits, and cash flow) and knowledge of Earned Value Management Analysis

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 5 years of relevant experience

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements ​​

Qualifications We Prefer​

Advanced in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions.

Ability to provide in depth analysis of complex data

Understanding of RTX financial and accounting policies and procedures

Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types

Professional experience of applied DoD EVMS principles, including Raytheon EVMS Certification

Excellent computer skills including a high level of proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
