Minimum qualifications:

+ 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations.
The Google Compliance team makes sure that our business is always consistent with the current financial regulations. Comprised of multitaskers, this team balances Google's legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and the values of our company. As part of this team, you proactively identify pain points and gaps in existing policy frameworks and find innovative solutions. You develop efficient compliance systems and work with teams to implement these across the organization. You are thorough in all you do and see to it that as Google pursues our next big idea, we always have our bases covered.
Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.
+ Develop and deliver data analysis, findings, and recommendations verbally and in writing to drive decisions.
+ Translate Google's obligations into controls and business processes/requirements.
+ Provide general program management support on compliance issues.
+ Execute risk assessments to identify risks and help prioritize program efforts.
+ Maintain timely and accurate regulatory reportings to multiple different regulators.
