Job Title: Print Admin
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Print Admin to join our team. The Print Admin will be responsible for managing the print production and mailing of client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timeliness. This role will also involve providing print support, scanning support, and assisting with various administrative tasks to meet client deadlines and uphold firm standards.

ResponsibilitiesManage print production and mailing of client deliverables, including tax returns, financial reports, proposals, and agreements.Provide print support and mailing of client organizers.Provide scanning support and tracking of organizers.Assist with binder closing procedures and compliance, following firm quality control standards.Ensure work accuracy, quality control, and timeliness of final deliverables.Communicate project deadlines, status updates, and workflow questions.Proactively plan work to meet client deliverable deadlines.Collaborate with business services on additional tasks.Manage and maintain inventory of related stationary and supplies for the Print Hub Center.Process client deliverables, including tax returns, extensions, and notice responses in an accurate and timely manner following quality control standards.Update and monitor due date tracking schedules.Provide alternative solutions to solve client issues.Anticipate client needs, actively listen, and follow through on client expectations.Other duties and special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred.Attention to detail and ability to comply with checklists and reference tools.Client service oriented (both internal and external).Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.Demonstrates ability to problem solve.Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Adept at learning new technology.Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner.Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%.May require some overtime hours.Work Environment

You will be working in a large but quiet CPA firm office environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00
