Print and Reprographics Associate

The Print and Reprographic Associate ensures the timely and accurate reproduction of printed materials; advises, coordinates and prioritizes production of work orders, reviews copyright materials and maintains accurate and complete records; determines equipment repair schedule; maintains supply inventory and resolves staff and customer service issues for the Copy Center.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nOperate and maintain high volume xerographic and finishing equipment.\nReviewing client requirements to the final stages of production and distribution. \u2022 Constantly communicate with clients regarding production stages and project status.\nPerform copying\/printing\/finishing of digital print and finish work, binding, and lamination.\nPrioritize and manage production flow of all customer orders submitted at window or via email.\nActs as Key Operator, identifying equipment problems, performing minor repairs to xerographic equipment or arranging for repair service; operates high volume xerographic equipment as needed.\nTrack copier usage and manages materials in an efficient manner.\nCoordinate paper restock in Print Center.\nMaintain logs of related actions such as department chargeback sheet.\nKeep logs for machine service calls.\nCoordinate workflow of all reprographic requests.\nOther duties assigned by manager.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nTwo years at minimum experience with Reprographics\/Copier\/Finishing\/Binding\/Laminating related experience preferred\n2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nStrong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships.\nExhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.\nExhibits exceptional customer service skills.\nConsistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.\nProven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient.\nSound judgment and problem-solving ability.\nAble to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.\nDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.\nAssertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction.\n\n
